Four systems, four versions of the truth
A growing business rarely buys one system. It buys accounting software, then an attendance app, then a payroll spreadsheet, then a stock register. Each one holds its own copy of the same employee, the same product, the same month.
The cost isn't the licence fees. It's the reconciling — the hours spent every month working out why the payroll total in the books doesn't match the register, and which number to trust.
So we didn't build integrations. We built the modules on the same organization, the same financial year and the same permission model, so there is only ever one number to trust.
Our Vision
One system a growing Indian business can run on end to end — where finance, people, payroll and stock are the same record seen from different angles, not four datasets to reconcile.
Our Mission
Give Indian businesses accounting, HR, payroll and inventory that are genuinely connected — built for GST, for the Indian financial year, and for teams without a full-time finance department.
Our Core Values
The principles that guide every product decision and customer interaction we have.
Connected by default
A new module joins the same organization, financial year and permission model as the rest. If two modules need the same record, they share it rather than copying it.
Built for India
Configurable financial years, GST with HSN and SAC, TDS sections, PF and ESIC, professional tax slabs, Form 16 and Form 24Q — not an afterthought bolted onto a global product.
Isolation you can audit
Every record is scoped to an organization at the query level. Two-factor authentication, IP restriction, and activity, login, error and security logs across the platform.
Your data stays yours
Every report exports to CSV, Excel or PDF, and there is a REST API over your own data. Nothing about staying is designed to be difficult to leave.
Configuration over code
Leave rules, salary structures, punch modes, roles and menus are settings, not development requests. What we configure during onboarding, you can change afterwards.
Honest about scope
We would rather tell you a feature does not exist than describe a roadmap as a capability. Everything on this website is something the product does today.
Eight years of building, three of shipping this
Atulyam TechnoLabs has been building software since 2017. This platform began in 2023 as an accounting product — everything since has been earning the right to call it more than that.
Atulyam TechnoLabs founded
Established in Ahmedabad, building custom software for Indian businesses — and learning, client by client, where their systems stopped talking to each other.
This platform begins
Work started on a cloud accounting product of our own, built from the start around a configurable financial year rather than a calendar one.
The accounting core
Chart of Accounts, journal entries and invoicing, with numbering that resets per financial year.
GST and bank reconciliation
Automatic CGST, SGST and IGST, GST returns, e-way bills, and statement import for CSV, XLSX and OFX with auto-matching.
Reporting and compliance
Eight financial reports with drill-down and export, TDS handling, fixed assets with depreciation, and period lock dates.
Multi-organization platform
Vendor hierarchy, company switcher, per-organization roles across 174 permissions, module toggles, two-factor auth and IP restriction.
HRMS and Payroll
Employee records, six attendance modes with geofencing and biometric sync, a leave rule engine, and payroll with PF, ESIC, PT, TDS and Form 16.
Inventory
Multi-warehouse stock with batches, transfers, counts, purchase orders and ten reports — posting into the same ledger as your books.
